John M. Carroll is vice president, Global Internal Audits, for Schering-Plough Corporation. He is responsible for directing the internal auditing activities of the company worldwide.
Carroll joined Schering-Plough in his current position in July 2006. He is a member of the Operations Management Team and an elected officer of the company.
Prior to joining Schering-Plough, Carroll was with American Standard Companies, where he was most recently vice president and general auditor as well as an elected officer. Prior to that, he worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, holding a number of senior finance positions, and with Ernst & Young as a senior manager.
Carroll is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. degree in accounting
from St. John's University in New York.
