David A. Piacquad is Senior Vice President, Business Development, Global Finance, for Schering-Plough Corporation.
Before joining Schering-Plough in March 2006, Piacquad held a number of leadership roles in business development and finance within different business units and at Johnson & Johnson Corporate. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Ventures and Business Development, a position he assumed in 2004. Earlier, he was responsible for business development at J&J Corporate. Prior to that role, Piacquad was CFO for the Ortho Clinical Diagnostics and Vice President, business development for J&J's over the counter drug company McNeil Consumer Products.
Piacquad holds a B.A. in philosophy from Colgate University, Hamilton, N.Y., and an MBA in finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Pa.
