LORI QUEISSER
Senior Vice President, Global Compliance and Business Practices

Lori Queisser is senior vice president, Global Compliance and Business Practices, for Schering-Plough Corporation.

Queisser joined Schering-Plough in February 2007. She is responsible for the development of global standards, training and enforcement programs for compliance in all areas of the company, including manufacturing, R&D programs, clinical trials, and sales and marketing, as well as for the implementation of privacy policies for customers, patients, employees and other stakeholders.

Queisser came to Schering-Plough from Eli Lilly and Company, where she was most recently vice president, Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to that, she held the position of executive director, auditing. Also while at Eli Lilly, she held a number of other financial, auditing and business process improvement positions of increasing responsibility. Before joining Eli Lilly, Queisser worked as an auditor with Ernst & Young.

Queisser holds a B.S. degree from the Indiana University School of Business. She is co-chair of the Pharmaceutical Compliance Forum.
